PU Faux Leather Fabric
PU leather material is manufactured by applying or overlaying a 100% polyurethane polish to a base material. Common base materials include polyester, cotton, nylon, or rayon. A wave uses an artificial grain pattern to the surface to imitate the appearance of genuine leather. The artificial grain is typically very uniform.
PVC Faux Leather Fabric
PVC leather material is very related to PU leather fabric. Instead of polyurethane, PVC skin fabric is created by merging PU with stabilizer plasticizers (to soften) and lubricants and then applying to a base material. Again, the base materials are typically nylon, polyester, cotton, or rayon.
